Just 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, this home is ideally situated for theme park lovers. The property boasts carpet in the formal living space and wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable atmosphere throughout. With a variety of bed sizes — 1 King, 1 Queen, and 4 Twins — you're sure to enjoy a restful night's sleep.

Enjoy the added benefit of free parking in the driveway (note that street parking is not permitted). We provide linens, towels, and essential amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, as well as a washer and dryer. Other conveniences include an iron, hair dryer, and free cable and internet access.

To enhance your stay, we offer a starter supplies package that includes 1 roll of paper towel, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags for all cans, and 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided in all full bathrooms.

This self-catering home gives you the flexibility to stock up on personal items and meals from the nearby supermarket. Should you prefer, a welcome package can be arranged upon request.

Set in the serene Seasons community, the villa is just a 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World, with a variety of dining options only 5 minutes away. Please note that there is no clubhouse on-site.

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (Must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days prior to check-in).
For the comfort of all our guests, this home is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Violation of these policies may result in a $400.00 minimum charge against the security deposit.

Please note that daily housekeeping service is not included. However, the unit undergoes a thorough professional cleaning before check-in, ensuring fresh sheets and towels. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

As a self-catering home, we provide welcome amenities, but we recommend visiting the nearest supermarket for additional toiletries and meal supplies. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.
