This home is designed with your comfort in mind, with carpeting in the stairway and bedrooms. You'll find a comfortable mix of sleeping options, including 1 King Size, 1 Queen Size, 1 Full Size, and 2 Twin Size beds. Parking is hassle-free with free spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, and street parking is not permitted.

The townhome is well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including provided linens and towels. You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer in the house, an iron, a hairdryer, and complimentary cable TV and internet. For your convenience, starter supplies are included, such as paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and toiletries in all full bathrooms.

- Note that open food cannot be left in refrigerators or kitchen closets, as per Florida law. All food items will be removed after guest check-out, and no condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
