Enjoy the sunrise every morning with the fantastic view from the terrace through the panorama window at the heated infinity pool - sensational!
Watch the boats go by and Florida's jumping fish while enjoying your breakfast.

The terrace is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, enough for six people. The pool area will delight you.

The villa was completely refurbished in 2014, has two king size beds, everything is very nice and light furniture, the kitchen is also very high quality and fully equipped. Master bathroom was remodeled 2022.

A large sun deck with a 10 k boat lift on the canal gives the opportunity to rent a boat or just enjoy the sun all day long.
For sporty guests there are two kajaks, two bicycles, fishing rods, tennis rackets and even a men's and women's golf set.
You are close to restaurants, shopping at Publix and the Cape Harbour area. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are just a 20 min ride with the car.

Great stay

Great stay, dealt with the homeowner personally and he also is a great guy!! Will be booking again for the winter

The neighborhood is quiet and the houses are well cared for. It takes not much time to reach the Gulf of Mexico by boat and you are also near the shopping malls and restaurants.
