Guest Access:
● Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to travel to and from the house. Once inside the community, you can walk or bike.
We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.
For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.
Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, and flying insects may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability.
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid and Super Foodtown
SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:
The property is equipped with 3 security cameras, located on the exterior of the house as follows:
1. Doorbell cam next to the basement entry door
2. On the tree to the left of the exterior stairs, facing the driveway
3. On the underside of the deck at the rear, facing the basement entry
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
