As a guest in our boutique hotel, you will have access to the parking spaces in front of the hotel. Additionally, you will have access to the outdoor spaces, including a BBQ area, multiple lounging areas and outdoor games such as Jenga and Connect 4.

You can also enjoy a free beach access right across the street, which is easily accessible through a safety crosswalk.

-The responsible party that is booking and staying for the reservations must be of 18 years or older.
-If you have a pet you must declare the pet and pay the pet fee. The pet fee is $100 per pet. You must use the designated pet areas for relief and pick up after your pet and hose off the turf area after use. No pets beyond the signs of restriction.
-No aggressive breeds. Max 35 lbs. Must be fully trained. No excessive barking as this may disturb other guests.
-Quiet hours at the hotel are from 10 pm until 8 am. Please refrain from excessive noise during these hours. This includes music, voices, or any possibly disturbing noises that could disrupt other guests. This rule is not personal preference, quiet hours are city ordinance. Failure to abide by the quiet hours will likely result in neighbor complaints to law enforcement.
-No Smoking, vaping, use of illicit drugs, or excessive intoxication anywhere on premises.
-Beach Equipment must be rinsed off after use prior to entering the courtyard and rooms and should be stored inside the unit.
-Daily Maid service is available upon request for an additional fee.
