This Condo allows a private, peaceful getaway with an amazing Intracoastal view from your private balcony. Boaters cruising and dolphins dancing, morning sunrises and golden orange hues in the afternoon creating a magical view. Beach time awaits you as we have all your water requirements covered with access just across the street! Umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, all waiting for you as well as our crystal clear pool equipped with outdoor shower and wonderful area for a BBQ.
-Must be 21 years of age to book.
-This is a quiet community where respect for other owners and tenants is a must, especially regarding noise, music, partying, and horseplay.
-No smoking in the condo; it is a non-smoking property.
-Only one vehicle parking spot per unit.
-Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
