Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this location - so close to 30A and Gulf Place but also only a 4-minute golf cart ride down to one of the prettiest and widest beach accesses in the area. This particular beach access (Ed Walline) has ample parking, public restrooms making spending the day at the beach easy for families, and is flanked by restaurants and coffee shops, making it easyfor quick runs from the waves to grab snacks.

What makes this property unique

Ample parking for multiple vehicles including your trailered boat, camper or RV. Private back pavered patio includes a stone fire pit and café lighting.
