The space
Emerald Key is ideally located in the heart of Orange Beach, near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that our area has to offer. With only 6 total floors with 3 units per floor, the privacy here is exclusive to the Emerald Key Complex. With only 18 total units, Emerald Key is one of the lowest density beachfront developments. This also means a much less-crowded beach area.

The upscale decor has a burst of color, well-maintained and is completely equipped to become your “go-to” vacation home. The spacious living area features a comfy couch, recliner, two accent chairs, a wall-mounted TV and balcony access. The dining table seats six plus room for four more at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances & granite counter. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features a private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and balcony access. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has a Captains bed (twin over full). The second and third bedroom share a common bathroom. With a sleeper-sofa in the living room Emerald Key 603 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests
We have black-out drapes in the 3 bedrooms, for those lazy sleep-in mornings. We know that comfortable beds, sheets, furniture, etc, are a must for our wonderful guests. Providing this comfort has been confirmed by the overwhelming number of repeat guests that we have proudly hosted throughout the years. You deserve exceptional and quality accommodations for your long-awaited vacation and Emerald Key 603 offers it all.
Don’t forget to bring your binoculars for watching the dolphins playing or watching marine life. Or, you can just relax and listen to the sounds of the surf. The Blue Angels from Pensacola, FL fly directly in front of our condo often.
Conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, on Perdido Beach Blvd, there are 3 Orange Beach shopping centers directly across beach road for everything you need, including a drop-in Doctor’s office for emergencies. Also across the street is a Wal-Market, Rouse’s Grocery, Dollar General and many other stores for your shopping needs. Publix is also about a mile from our condo. Moe’s Barbecue and many restaurants are nearby that offer a wide variety of your dining pleasures.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool & BBQ gill area.
Other things to note
No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General nearby with a great selection of beach stuff.
We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. This usually includes: one roll of tp, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. This is meant as more of an added convenience and not meant to last for the entire stay. Due to insurance requirements, we do not provide anything which may be consumed (salt, oil, sugar, etc).
HOA rules allow for up to 2 parking spaces. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office ($50).
