The unit features a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with french doors opening to the patio, a private brand-new bathroom, and a stackable washer-dryer in the unit. The backhouse also has a private green patio and a gazebo, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. Pets are welcome, the property owner lives in the main house and is available at all times for questions or concerns.
