We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** Please note that garage parking is not available at this home

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! Everyone loved it, from the kids to the elders. Beautiful picture windows offered an amazing view of the lake. Property manager was attentive and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Customer Service

The team that manages the property were top notch and the best customer service providers that I experienced at a lease property. My family leases a house for vacation several times a year in many different states and going forward I will use So Charm whenever available.
