There is a washer and dryer available to use however we do ask that all sandy items be shaken out before putting them in the machines. Excess sand could cause them to break!

- Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement at booking.
- Guests may be asked for additional information to confirm identity via our Guest Screening Partner, Safely.
- Guests may NOT book this home for other people. No third party bookings allowed. We do not rent to under 25 or parties for high school or college students.
- If pets are brought without host's permission, there will be a $400 infraction fee and cancellation of your stay with zero refund.
- By moving forward and booking this reservation, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the host. You may receive an email to complete your screening. - SECURITY CAMERA: This home has a security camera on the top level pointing towards the driveway. It will record anyone who enters and exits the home and driveway.
