-Valet Parking: Should you require valet parking, it is available upon request. Please note that this fee is settled directly with the hotel upon your arrival at the resort.
-Daily Resort Fee: For all reservations under 30 days, there is a mandatory daily resort fee. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.
-Damage Protection Insurance: To ensure your peace of mind, property damage insurance is included in the cost of booking. The damage insurance covers up to $10,000 in accidental damages. Please be aware that in the event of damage, you are responsible for the initial $500, and any amount exceeding $500 will be processed as a claim through the damage insurance.
--A mid-week cleaning fee of $175 is required for all stays lasting 4 nights or more. Cleanings are scheduled in increments of 4 days. This fee will be charged after booking.
-Room Service: Please be aware that in room dining is not available to guests in private residences for stays less then 30 nights in length.
