About this property

Beautiful farmhouse in a gated community with security 24 hrs, large house 4 bedrooms (3 suites), living room 3 rooms with toilet, SKY TV, fully equipped kitchen and pantry, large balcony, pool table, barbecue with 2 industrial stoves and oven firewood, swimming pool 9 x 3.5 with waterfall and lounger, soccer field lawn and lighted (all on the same level of the house), kennel and terrain all lawn and lighted, condominium with waterfall, gazebo, restaurant in the club and pizza delivery.
NOTE: Rent restricted for families, limited to 16 people comfortably as it is a strictly family farm, also used by the owner.

We do not rent for parties and events.

Lawn very well treated, has no weeds in the field, or dangerous plants.
It has no steps, not dangerous bluffs for seniors and children.

Plenty of security, tranquility.

We do not have thorny plants, or plants that are harmful to children and pets.

Chacára perfeita!

Passamos 6 dias na chácara incluindo a virada do ano,e graças a Deus foi tudo perfeito!A propriedade do Sr Marcos e família é maravilhosa,tem tudo e mais um pouco para passarmos dias de lazer e relaxamento.Sr Marcos muito obrigado pela confiança,e em breve voltaremos se Deus quiser!
