Light-filled, private retreat on a hill with cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace. French doors lead to an outdoor deck decorated with flowers. Lovely views. Bedroom upstairs, sofa-bed available downstairs, two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer. Guests have access to our pool during summer. 30 days minimum.
Located in northern Ridgefield and surrounded by horse farms, hiking trails, and lakes. Minutes away from the beautiful downtown area and its many restaurants, theaters, and museums. 15 minutes from Metro North train station. One hour to NYC, 35 minutes to the nearest beach.

I have used airbnb in the past for some other listings and love being a host.
Why they chose this property
When we found this place three years ago, we immediately fell in love with it. It's quite, scenic, and bucolic. There is a horse trail that leads through our property.
What makes this property unique
We live up on a hill and have lovely views. There is a little forest right behind the cottage and we have deer, wild turkeys, and falcons checking in on us on a regular basis. Our house is 200 feet from the cottage; and we have a pool, which our guests can use during summer.
