This modern five bedroom beach home is perfect for your family summer vacation. Located on Ocean Avenue, across the street from Moody Beach, and located between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, this is the perfect location for any summer vacation dream. Beach during the day, lots of shopping and eating at any time, along with close by golf, mini-golf and nature hikes to round out your trip. Day trips to Portsmouth and Portland are quick and easy, along with shopping at Kittery or Freeport just down the Maine Pike!

We have been vacationing in Wells for over 40 years, we love the wide beaches, clean water and all there is to do on and off the beach. This is our home that we use often and we think you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Our home is a quick walk down to the public way for easy back and forth to the beach. And with three decks, there are wonderful views of the water.
What makes this property unique
With three decks and a fenced in backyard, there is loads of space to play or relax when not on the beach.
