We had a great time. The cabin is cozy and cute. Was cold when we got there but once we turned on the heat and space heater in the living room we were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully functional although a little small for a large group. Would’ve loved if there were more table space and chairs.
We also loved the outdoor area and pond, we hope to come again and stay longer so that we can enjoy the canoe and explore the area more.
This property was better than we hoped - it exceeded expectations! Sometimes folks' over-sell and under deliver. Not the case with this property.
This was a great memory making place for our family. We have already looked into availability for next summer. The recently installed A/C worked great. The young ones loved the pond and the canoe. The whole family enjoyed sitting and visiting around the firepit one evening. A big lawn area allowed the young ones to pitch a few tents. The property was very nice, very clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. In general, the owners made our stay wonderful. It is near small stores and gas stations for the last-minute items you might forget, like ice, and churches are only a short drive away for Sunday obligations. Thank you!
We really enjoyed this cabin. Beautiful location, very clean house and big bedrooms. We had multiple families staying with us of all different age groups. Everyone was able to have the room they needed to accommodate their kids. Plus extra space to hang out in the meantime. Staying in July with the heat we definately noticed not having A/C but there are fans in each room. Luckily it’s so pretty outside that we didn’t stay inside too much. Overall a wonderful stay and I would come back again.
