About the host
Hosted by James Ortiz
We were living in Europe before arriving in Tampa that we have made our home since 2002. We have thoroughly enjoyed living in this vibrant city with all that it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
We have resided in this historic neighborhood since 2002 and raised our family here. It is arguably the most famous neighborhood in all of Tampa with large stately homes and oak lined streets just off the reputed longest boardwalk in the US, Bayshore Blvd. Being within walking distance of all the main attractions that are near downtown and on the water are what convinced us to live here.
What makes this property unique
Our home was built in 1922 and the unit we offer in 1926. They have been fully renovated though retain much of the architectural charm and influences of the 1920's.
