Sun and fishing

We enjoyed the location and the dock for our boat. View from patio was impressive and propane fire table made sitting on the outdoor patio nice at night. Had everything we needed. Could use a deep cleaning but we may be the first renters for the season. The VRBO should be updated with amenities like air conditioning, BBQ and propane fire to name a few. Would be nice if the boat lift was moved away from the stairs to the beach for easier access for kids.

Perfection

Incredible stay. Freezing cold a/c, spacious and clean. This place has everything you need including cookware and laundry. BBQ and fire table with supplied propane. Michael, the owner, was very gracious and accommodating and the property management group was exactly what their name implies, Next Level. We were greeted with a very nice bottle of wine from a local vineyard that is a 5 minute walk away. So good we bought some more. Oroville is very close and has nice Mexican and Italian restaurants. We chose this location for its lakefront and we were not disappointed. Easy access for our boat and the sunsets from the upper deck were awesome. We would definitely return. Highly recommend. Steve
