This STUNNING, OCEANFRONT unit with split A/C and ceiling fans throughout! Noelani 206 offers panoramic ocean views, cool tropical interiors and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the expansive, private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience. Sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns) Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this premium condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front row seating for whale watching and turtle spotting!

Noelani 206 is a spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bathroom condo that offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring full size appliances and everything you'll need to make all your meals in house.

Step inside the serene and tranquil bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed, ample storage and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. The spacious bathroom features tiled shower stall, the unit includes a washer and dryer so pack light! The living room also includes a sofa that converts to a queen size bed for additional guests.

Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

Great Stay!
Enjoyed my stay at Noelani. The unit was in an excellent location with oceanfront views. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. A bit of feedback for owner/rental company. The mattress was much firmer than I'm used to. Perhaps they could add a duvet to make it a little more comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed but there were no dish towels to dry dishes. At least I couldn't find any. The TV's are difficult to work with two remotes. Some detailed instructions would be helpful. Lastly, the management company did a good job of communicating before the trip, but when I send an email about having difficulty with turning off the bedroom TV my email went unanswered.

Great stay
Shortly after arrival I got COVID and ended up in the hospital, followed by a week of recovery in the unit. Management could not have been more helpful and supportive of me and my wife during this unusual vacation. Really, really great people. Now about the place: If you want peace, quiet, no traffic noise and beachfront this place is gorgeous. Very pleasant. Highly recommend it and especially the staff.

Won't you take me to Turtle Town?
The Noelani is a smaller property in a unique location. The condos are all individually owned with a good selection of amenities. I love being able to cook, and outdoor grills offer more flexibility. In addition to the ocean, there are two pools and hot tub if you want a pool side vibe with ocean view. Everything you need is very close - but don't let that stop you from planning a day in up country, Haleakala or Paia. This year we discovered Napili Park's windy disc golf course. There is something for everyone and there is peaceful sleep waiting for you at the Noelani.

Amazing view, but hope your upstairs neighbors are considerate
The room is great - a little dated, but it has good amenities and an amazing view. I would still recommend staying here. The worst part of the room is that there isn't great soundproofing between the floors, so you can hear the upstairs neighbors pretty well if they don't walk lightly. Unfortunately for us, a family with a few kids that clearly don't get much discipline were always running around and jumping off of furniture causing constant thumping from the ceiling when they were around. They at least stopped by about 9pm so it didn't interrupt sleeping.

Great stay
The condo was cleaned and ready for us. We enjoyed the lanai and watching whales turtles and surfers. Constant entertainment. Our stay was just too short. We want to stay longer next year.

I had a great time at Noelani place. The place was fantastic. Very clean and with a nice warming gift snacks basket, lovely also place with everything you needed for the beach, Snorkeling gears , chairs , beach umbrella. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. I enjoyed coffee and whales watching in the morning. Great beach view and you can also walk down to the beach to see turtles resting at sunset. The neighborhood is very conveniently located at Lahaina. I Would definitely stay here again! Amazing as always
We have stayed at Noelani many times and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. The condos are updated, beautiful and comfortable with the best views on the island - with turtles right outside your door! Highly recommend.
