My home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood 3.4 miles from Beaver Stadium and downtown State College and walking distance from a football shuttle (at Walmart).
The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom and includes a dining area, kitchen, washer and dryer, furnished deck, and fire pit. There is a township park connected to my backyard with a picnic pavilion, playground, and baseball field.
I can be flexible with check-in and check-out times. The dog is not included in rental :).
The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and 8-inch mattress. The guest bedroom doubles as my yoga room and is equipped for rentals with a queen-sized bed and 4-inch memory foam mattress.
You can access the entire house and yard except for my home office which will be locked. Please note that I have a doorbell camera.
