Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolute Nightmare!
We never received check-in information and after being on the road for 8 hours we looked at VRBO for checking information. There was no information and it said to contact if no information was given yet. I called two times and all I got was a voicemail that I left and auto text that said, "Can text". I text Jason with no response multiple times. We still had two more hours of driving before we got there. We then use the contact Agent app and finally got someone to call us.Jason did not know about the reservation but ask me to send a copy of the confirmation so I did. He then told me he didn't have that but it was an old listing. He then said that they have one open and he could get the cleaning lady over. We had no other place to stay and we had already put our money down so we said okay.We get there and there is no cleaning lady so we wait and she finally shows up. We go up to the room which is a second floor and it was a mess. Initially the toilet wouldn't work so when my wife went down to do something in the vehicle the cleaning lady found out that it was turned off so when she flushed my wife could smell sewer. The cleaning was in lady was in there hitting a few spots and mentioned that she was there earlier that day and cleaned but couldn't remember if she did the bed. It turns out that the bed was not clean. There was also no remote control. She had told us that the sink doesn't drain very well in the bathroom so just use the sink out in the main room.
