We were in town to attend a family wedding. We enjoyed the house and the closeness to the historic district, restaurants, shops, etc. We would stay here again!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The location is perfect. 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of parking. The house is very nice and we loved hanging on the deck looking at the water. I would definitely recommend this rental and stay here again!
We were very impressed with this spacious three bedroom, two bath lakefront home. All amenities were provided, and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Large relaxing deck with comfy seating overlooked the lake. Location was close to downtown. We highly recommend this property..
Stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house is on a beautiful lake.
Very clean ,cute house, kitchen has a ton of supplies!
Close to downtown St Augustine. Also has a trolley stop within short walking distance. We enjoyed spending our holiday here!

The property was right on the lake. Great for sitting on the deck or taking a walk. Within walking distance to all the Nights of Lights festivities. House was immaculate and well equipped. It has a cozy, calming vibe.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for walking into downtown while having a peaceful place to relax. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard is fully fenced so it was perfect for our dog as well. The deck is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
The stay was absolutely fantastic. The place is clean and pleasant. There was not enough toilet paper and could use a cookie sheet or two. Other than that it was a great stay and we would stay again.
Everything you could need is available for the stay, within walking distance to downtown, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very clean, big deck out back. Beautiful home and well appointed.
Our stay in St Augustine was outstanding!! The VRBO listing sent it over the top. The place was very stocked with all essentials and was very comfortable and close to town. Parking in Old Town is difficult and this place was great, walking distance to the shopping and dining areas. The deck facing the lake was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again
House was perfect for us. Newly renovated bathrooms and deck were very nice. Was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.
We were very pleased with everything about the cottage. Mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the small lake were wonderful. A fenced in backyard for my dog to run around was the best part. When the new fruit trees are grown it will only add to the relaxing ambiance! 10/10 would definitely book again.
The property was just as it was decribed on the website. It was in a nice location and easy to get around town by foot. We spent two nights there and had plenty of space for the four of us. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the view of the lake.
We were very happy with our cottage stay. We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake and spent a lot of time out there. The cottage was well stocked with all the necessities and the location was a short walk to St. George st. We will definitely want to stay again since we visit St. Augustine yearly. Thank you again.
The property was newly renovated and clean. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room with a short walk to everything. In fact, it was hard to find the grandkids!
Great little cottage to easily house our entire family (8 ppl) for a fun weekend trip. We easily walked downtown every day; it was about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Parking more than 2 cars is tight, but that's the only thing i would note that wasn't apparent from the llisting. There were baby items for anyone with an infant and plenty of kitchen appliances/utensils for cooking. Overall, great place.
Memorial Day weekend visit. Place was in a good neighborhood and easy to find. House was well stocked and clean. Place seems to be recently updated. Reason for 4 star on description was the pool. I thought it was a subdivision or HOA type pool. It’s a government community pool about a 1/2 mile from house. Overall great place to stay. Just be aware of the pool situation if that’s important to you.
Nice location. Great for a family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bright, beautiful kitchen with plenty of glasses and silverware. Large living room. Fantastic deck overlooking the lake! Two couples may find it a little awkward as to transit from the front door to the living area, you need to walk through one of the bedrooms. But great for a family! Nice yard for Fido and plenty of off street parking. All and all, we would stay again!
Had a bit of trouble locating the house because GPS took us first to N Washington St. Tried contacting owner but when I didn’t get an answer we backtracked our route & ultimately found the house. Kitchen is the most well stocked I’ve ever seen! Master bedroom was missing remote to tv and a chest of drawers to store clothes. We had to cut out trip short because we had unexpected guests coming to our home so we left a day early. The back deck is lovely. We enjoyed our trip and quite possibly book again
This house was an excellent selection for us. I hosted a destination 50th anniversary weekend for my wife and I. We stayed in our favorite B&B a couple blocks away and our family and close friends stayed at the house. We all enjoyed time together in the afternoon and evening after touring the city and dining at our favorite restaurants. The property manager helped with a power problem that caused the fire alarms to beep as if they had bad batteries. This is a very nice place and I would use the house again should the occasion arise. The deck by the lake was an awesome place for the family to hang out. I with there were more chairs around the table and outside, more toilet paper. Thank you for providing such a nice place for a family reunion.
