Other amenities include tennis courts, a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and 497 ft of unobstructed and deeded beach access. During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
