Let your heart fill with relaxation as you sit on the large balcony (9X25) and listen to the cascading mountain creek below. While some creeks in the area do not flow, this creek flows. The view of the creek and the sound are unbelievable. Located on 1st floor, (no steps, & no elevator to worry with), one floor up from the creek. Condo consist of 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Two full large baths with a Jacuzzi in the master bath. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and smooth cooking range. Dining table sits 6 with space for 4 at the counter. Dining chairs feature black leather covering with matching black leather bar stools. Living room has reclining leather sofa and matching reclining rocker. Enjoy the 42'' wall mounted LCD screen TV while you sit by the gas log fireplace in the winter months. TV's in both bedrooms and Blue Ray. Washer / Dryer & Free Local & Free Long Distance calls w/in USA.

Location: The beautiful Gatehouse Condos are located just a little less than a mile from main street Gatlinburg. Coming from Pigeon Forge, you will turn left at the 3rd traffic light, which is Hwy 321 and the condos are a short .9 miles on the right. You will actually turn before you get to the main attractions in Gatlinburg, missing the traffic. When you leave and are going in the direction of Pigeon Forge, which has many attractions and fun things to do, you will miss most of the Gatlinburg traffic. You can drive down to the main street, walk (there are sidewalks all the way) or catch the Trolley which stops across the street. This is the perfect and convenient place to stay in Gatlinburg.

The condo was so nice and relaxing with the creek flowing while sitting on the back patio. It was a perfect location next to everything and also nice and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Also did not have to travel to the mountain tops to get away from it all.

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo for 3 nights and had a great time! We enjoyed the Smoky Mountains and the close proximity of downtown Gatlinburg without being in the middle of all the traffic. The condo was clean, communications with the owner was easy and prompt, we had everything we needed to be comfortable (e.g., dishes, blankets, towels, etc), and my 9-year old loved all the stuffed bears! We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again!

A little getaway
The condo is exactly how the pictures depict it.We’ve stayed at this same condo a few times. A couple of things could be updated. The shower heads are not the best and could stand to be replaced. Not very good water pressure. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It sits a little but low. The owners are amazing. We had to change our dates and she was so accommodating and we appreciated it. We would definitely stay again!!!

Martha, the owner, is wonderful. She personally cares about each guest. The setting of the condo is beautiful, with the creek outside and the beautiful mountain views. The condo is nice and well furnished. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction and repairs going on at adjacent properties, which made it noisy outside. Of course, that is totally outside of the owner's control. Also, the pillows and bed should have been more comfortable; but still, this is an excellent property in a great setting.

I just don't know where to start. We checked in Friday night and to our amazement we saw a black bear in the creek outside our condo. I would definitely tell people to make your reservations in advance. This was a very pretty place to stay.

Lovely place to stay
I only had a few things that were not 100% to do with the front bedroom..the light coming into the bedroom from the walkway at night...the A/C was a bit loud but we stopped using it at night and it was fine with just the ceiling fan..and the showerhead was very low..and we are not tall..we felt very at home..and would be more than happy to rent again..we spent a lot of time just sitting outside..we did get lost once but got to see a mummy bear and 4 clubs just up the road..all in all it was a nice roomy place very quiet never heard a neigbour..the parking space was a plus with room for our large SUV..
