The property was comfortable and accommodating. It was close to our concert venue and easy to find. Host gave simple directions for check-in and check-out.
It was nice and clean and well kept. The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood looked a little if'y at first, but it was really quite and was great. And the only other thing is the parking is tight due to a metal container set right were you park. But is all worked out. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.
The air conditioner was broken. The owner put a small window unit in the front of the apartment. It was miserable the first night because it was so hot. I told her that we would not be able to stay there the other two nights and she refused to give us a refund. Really rough neighborhood.

Not a good neighborhood
I am sure the apartment is as beautiful as advertised. Esmelinda is responsive and courteous; unfortunately the place is not located in a good neighborhood. After driving down the street and observing the buildings next to the rental, I decided to find a hotel for our (and my car's) safety. Even though we booked short notice with non-refundable terms, we did not set foot in the place and after voicing our concerns, it would have been nice to be offered at least a partial refund, but sadly that deemed unacceptable. Sorry Esmelinda, but I just cannot justify a good review re the neighborhood; and your unwillingness to refund, if only partially, is rather disappointing.
When we first pulled up, the street is a little run down and crowded with cars. We had trouble finding how to get to our parking spot. We have a dog. There is no grass on the street to access and broken bottles and glass everywhere. We had to call because the code didn’t work to get in. The door code gave us fits the whole stay. The apartment was hot. Only a window unit that was not on. Listing said central heat and air. And then it was reiterated in the check in email. The central air didn’t work. We called again. At first she said that’s why there’s a window unit and When I pressed on about the ad she said she would send someone in the morning. The next evening she sent a text that said she couldn’t get someone out till after we’re checked out. We were going to be there a week. The air probably never worked. The apartment was nice enough and seemed to be clean but will not stay there again.
This listing will be a suitable place for most guest with no regrets.
