After a fun-filled day of playing at the beach - which is only a short walk away - shopping at Silver Sands outlet mall across the street or working on your tennis game at the popular Hidden Dunes tennis center, the warmth of Villa 36 will be waiting to welcome you 'home'. Each uniquely decorated bedroom offers a cozy escape from real life and extras like tiled floors, covered parking and a laundry room add conveniences we all appreciate. Plus, a first floor entry, two community pool decks, a basketball court and a free beach shuttle add the finishing touches to this Destin, Florida vacational rental.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

great condo in great location.

great condo in great location. quiet, roomy and clean. I would have given 5 stars but for the chair service. chair service was complimentary which was nice but the way the chair company handled the chairs made no sense.

Cluttered. Dusty. Filthy area rugs everywhere Worst unit we have ever had st Hidden Dunes by far

Blender inoperable. Shower head fell off. Return air vent rusty, filthy. Nasty silk plants. No hot water on one side of master vanity. And the front door lock was problematic -- had to have locksmith come. Very disappointed.
