Main Level
Spacious living room awaits, filled with natural light pouring in through the many windows. Sink into one of three large sofas and watch a movie on the flat-screen Smart TV. Past the living room, you'll find the large kitchen with plenty of seating and dining room that's ready to enjoy a meal together, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space. Past the kitchen is a sitting room with pull out queen sofa. The half bathroom and exit to rear deck and fenced backyard. Cook dinner on the grill and eat outside on warm spring and summer days on the back deck.

The front porch is a perfect place to slowly ease into your day with a cup of coffee while catching up on local news. Or to unwind and relax after day on the beach.

We have a pack and play for young ones, kids cups and plates as well.

Parking
There is parking for 4 cars, 2 in the driveway and 2 on the grass in the front yard.

Parks: George Washington’s Birth Place national park, Westmoreland State Park, Stratford Hall, Caledon State park.

Wineries: Ingleside, Monroe Bay Winery, Backporch Winery, Estates at Whitehall.

Public boat ramp is mile from the house. There are several marinas on Monroe Bay to dock your boat.

There are two public beach’s one is 2 blocks away the other is about a mile at end of the point.

Town has a pier you can fish off. There are kayak and paddleboard rental next to town pier.
