I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while my overall experience was positive, there are a few key areas that hold it back from being a top-tier option.**Location:** This is the hotel's standout feature. Situated in a prime area, it's close to major attractions, shops, and local taxis. The private beach is just across the road and Puerto Seco beach club just a little further away.**Staff:** The team here is fantastic. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
