Welcome to Chillin' the Most! Where those who love design, a private pool, and being just a few blocks to the beach, is the perfect Port Aransas stay. Chillin' the Most is in the Haven Community, you'll have 4 Bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 Fulls and 2 Twins Bunk Style) and 3.5 Bathrooms . Enjoy a private pool (seasonally heated with fee), and parking for 3 depending on size. No Smoking. No Pets.
The Space:
Chillin' the Most is a brand new house in the Haven Community. The home has a fun Margaritaville flare with upscale decor, and comfortable furnishings.
The pool is seasonally heated, by guest request, with a fee of $50 per night, for the duration of your stay. Request must be made and payment must be paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
You'll have 3 parking spaces, right up at the door, easy to load and unload luggage. The outdoor space offers guests a beautiful area for fun in the shade and sun with a private pool, outdoor seating, television, grill. So get ready to relax!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all of the property except for 1 housekeeping closet.
The Neighborhood:
The Haven, on Ninth Street was perfectly planned to be the next hot spot in Port Aransas, being near the Port A Beer Hut (outside venue), and just a few blocks to the beach, and Old Town Port A! You'll love this centrally located neighborhood!
Getting Around:
Most guests rent a golf cart to cart back and forth to the beach and around town. Inquire about our golf cart rental discounts for our guests! It's easy to walk, bike, cart or drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, dining and entertainment!
Other Things to Note:
Coyotes do roam the island and may be seen in parking lots, streets and the beach. They usually run away from humans.
Any vehicles parked on the beach will need to have a beach parking permit. You can purchase them at convenience stores on the island or at the rental places on the beach, if they are open.
Please notice the flag warnings at beach entrances and learn their meaning to stay safe in the water.
Mosquitos can be swarming at certain times of the year; be prepared with pest repellent.
A charcoal or propane grill may be located on the property for guest use. Guests are responsible for providing propane if not plumbed to gas line, and/or charcoal. For propane grills, guests can refill tanks at the RV Parks or make an exchange at Stripes.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port A; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for cable/Wi-Fi outages.
Refrigerators stocked with warm/room temp food in this environment CAN TAKE up to 24 hours to cool. It's our number 1 maintenance call in the summertime that the refrigerator is not cooling. Give it 24 hours to cool all of your food.
Towels and linens that are damaged and/or stained will be considered a damaged item and guest will be billed for replacements.
Check in Time is approx. time: housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
