Best accommodations in Brooklyn!
Nicole is a charming hostess, was so accommodating, and the apartment was gorgeous. The neighborhood was bustling and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Got laundry to do? Less than a minute walk. 3 minute walk to the subway. I had a brilliant stay with my boyfriend and would stay at Nicole's place again in an instant! Don't hesitate to book!

Excellent NYC accommodation!
I would HIGHLY recommend this rental for your next trip to NYC! It was our first time to the Big Apple and we found it very convenient that this apartment unit was so close to the subway line (1-2 blocks) and to grocery stores. We could stay in Brooklyn (at a great price!) and yet take the subway to Manhattan within 20-30 minutes.
The listing was accurate and the property was amazingly cared for - attractive decor, lots of cooking utensils and appliances, nice towels/linens, WiFi, lots of TV channels, etc. It felt like home after a long day walking around.
The owner answered all my questions beforehand and helped us with any concerns when we first arrived at the place. We will definitely plan to stay here when we return to NYC!

happy first timer
I enjoyed my stay in this rental home. The price was great and the home was very clean. The pictures are not deceiving and for NYC it was spacious. I checked in with total of four people and we did not feel cramped. Nicole was accomodating and answered promotely. I was a first timer to NYC (Brooklyn) and being a first timer the neighborhood may appear a little rough in certain spots, however, we arrived to the rental home some days after midnight and were not bothered. I will def stay at this rental home again, my next trip to NYC. Thanks again Nicole for a great stay!

Why they chose this property
The property is well-maintained convenient to Manhattan local shops and eateries. The subway and highways are near-by as well. I purchased the home 19 years ago because I loved the regal and majestic brownstones. Additionally, I wanted to live in a community that was close net.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with the original details of the home. Some of which include the beautiful hardwood floors some rooms still have the original flooring. Additionally, the fireplaces, wood detailing in the parlor floors and the claw foot tubs were also a plus.
