About The Space:
LIVING ROOM: As you step inside this lakefront oasis you'll walk into the bright living room with multiple large windows and skylights. Cozy up by the stone fireplace in the winter months with a cup of coffee or hot coco.
DINING SPACE: Enjoy a home cooked meal or hire a private chef as you sit at the kitchen table and admire the lake views out the window.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is stocked with essential pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, and wine glasses. Enjoy a fresh brew in the morning from the Keurig and choose from a variety of K-cup flavors. We are coffee addicts ourselves so we have a traditional coffee maker for you to enjoy if K-cups aren't your thing.
BEDROOMS: #1 on the 1st fl. includes 1 queen bed and tv (sleeps 2)
#2 upstairs includes 1 queen bed (sleeps 2)
#3 upstairs includes 1 queen bed and 1 twin daybed (sleeps 3)
#4 upstairs there is 1 twin daybed in the open loft space and a sectional that turns into a sofa bed , note this room does not have a door and is open to downstairs (sleeps 2)

LOFT/MOVIE ROOM: Upstairs there is an open loft with large windows showing a great view of the lake. There is a twin daybed in this space and a convertible sectional sofa bed. Kick back and enjoy some popcorn and a movie on the projector screen.
BATHROOMS: Bathroom #1 is on the 1st fl. and includes a double sink and large shower. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and includes a tub shower.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Large outdoor deck complete with dining table and chairs and additional patio furniture. There is a propane grill for BBQing. Each guest is responsible for refilling the propone tank. Walk down the deck steps and you'll be on the patio area where you can enjoy a beer or cocktail while taking in the lake views. A covered fire pit & chairs are in the backyard ready for you to enjoy some s'mores. There is a path to a boat dock on the property and a path to the public lake beach next door.
PARKING: Large private driveway for parking. There is an EV charging port on the property.
*IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*
The HOA bylaws state that you must be 25 or older to rent.
A maximum of 9 guests are allowed at the home at any time. All guests will be asked to complete a rental application for the security at Big Bass Lake upon booking the property. This application must be filled out a min. of 4 days prior to arrival in order to gain access to the home. Only guests on the application will be allowed on the property for the duration of the stay. No visitors or cars outside those registered to stay at the property will be permitted. You will need this form to check in at the main gate located at 1 Big Bass Drive.
Please note we are not responsible if we don't receive everyone's names before booking and if you are denied access if your name is not listed or form is submitted in time. Any changes within 3 days of check-in must be sent to us in writing and there is a $15 non-refundable fee.
For any last minute check in bookings we charge a $50 last minute fine that the community charges us ( fee must be received prior to check in).
Check in is 4pm, you may inquire for an early check in and we will do our best to accommodate if possible.
Check out is 11am, you may inquire for a late check out but this is not guaranteed.
This is a NO SMOKING house, please do not smoke in the house or anywhere outside on the property.
A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed on the property.
$100 pet fee will apply. No cats allowed.
Big Bass Lake is a gated community and strongly enforces the following rules:
- No large and loud parties. Of course we want you to kick back and have fun but please do so respectfully. Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am and there are noise monitors on the property.
- No open flames/fires. Fire pit must be covered when in use.
-No fireworks allowed.
- You must obtain a fishing license ahead of time to fish in the lake. (we tell you how to do this in our digital guidebook)
- All boats including canoes, kayaks, sailboats, wind surfers, rowboats or any other water craft capable of carrying an operator must be registered with Big Bass Lake Association prior to use.
- No speeding, SECURITY WILL FINE YOU if you go over the 25 MPH speed limit in the community and we'd hate to see you get a ticket on vacation!
The house is located outside of the gated part of the community right next to one of the lake beaches and the main Big Bass Lake Association check-in gate. YOU MUST GO TO THE MAIN GATE BEFORE GOING TO THE PROPERTY TO GET YOUR CHECK IN PASS FROM SECURITY.
