The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This Luxury Townhome provides a great location for visiting the exciting city of Columbus. You will be centrally located German Village and near the Short North and down town.

The Space:
This 4 bed, 3 bath unit was recently renovated and provides a luxury feel throughout the unit. A full service property that is great for entertaining and will allow you to sleep comfortably at night while entertaining the whole group.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox on the patio to easily access the unit.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Long weekend stay with no hot tub

The house was decent. Stayed with a group of 9 adults for a softball tournament. We choose the house based on proximity to the fields and the hot tub. The hot tub was not working, half full of water. I reached out to the host who said someone would come out. That's all I heard from them about it and we don't believe anyone stopped by.Off street parking only and it is on a busy street. We were woken up by the neighbors in the other half of the duplex around 3 or 4am on the third floor. Definitely bring towels as there were only enough for maybe 4 people.

2 night stay for OSU football game

Sadly this rental did not deliver on amenities as described. Upon arrival the primary bedroom mattress was on the floor unmade and bed frame was broken (we could not find sheets to make the bed since we needed to sleep in it so had to use various blankets found in the house). Inquired with property manager about having it fixed while we were out, there was quick response that someone would come over but it appeared upon arrival back that nobody had come by). The kitchen was ill-equipped (no bottle opener, minimal glasses/plates/cutlery/food prep bowls and small appliances, dish towels). There was no hair dryer, no liner in shower and upper level bedrooms were very cold. Towel racks were broken in bathrooms and no hot water in upstairs bathroom. Hot tub water wasn’t clean. Unfortunately this rental did not meet our needs or deliver amenities as promised.

OSU weekend

Property was clean, a few small items require repairs but overall property was adequate. Beds were not super comfortable and there were not enough towels, but otherwise no complaints. The breakfast/lunch spot right next door is superb. Super easy to get Uber/Lyft to downtown or OSU for a reasonable rate, even on OSU family weekend. The property manager was very responsive to messages and excellent to deal with.

House and Location are perfect for a weekend trip to Columbus

The host was very responsive and communicated check in well. The space is great for accommodating larger groups. The location of the house is convenient to food and drinks. The house is not stocked well for cooking with a big group. The house was a bit dirty on arrival. Hot tub was clean.

Good size home and location but not clean

The home itself is a great size and in a great location but the place was not clean and lacked a lot of amenities. The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean and there were constantly flies in the house. Also the house didn’t have basic amenities like aluminum foil, sponge, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, etc.

Property in German Village

House overall was clean and spacious. Hot tub was dirty though which was a bummer. When we arrived the hot tub was the first thing we looked at and the water was a yellowish green and there was scum all around the edge of it. Other than that, it was great for the location, and we were close to the downtown activities and it was a great stay.
