Winter month 5-7month minimum -Oct to april. single story home features 3 king beds with open floor plan. Great for hanging out and family get-togethers.

King size Sealy bed in master and large tiled step down shower with granite counters in bathrooms. Two other king size beds and 1 queen bed.

4 large flat screens--2 of them are 'twins' for watching in living room and kitchen. Sony sound system with 12' subwoofer.

Pool, Spa and outside sitting area with BBQ. Outside quite times of 10pm must be followed for neighbors.

Great For Four Couples!
Jim is wonderful to work with any questions answered quickly. I stay in lots of VRBO'S and this house having 4 bedrooms, 3 having King beds and 1 with Queen is a RARE find. House great, very roomy for 8 adults. Close to all. Hot tub was great to have this time of year. Will be staying again, FOR SURE!!

We enjoyed our time here in this house! The pool and jacuzzi was great and there was plenty of room to accommodate my family!! I would recommend this rental to others vacationing in Lake Havasu!!

Relaxing Family Getaway
We had a great time relaxing while our two young children played in the pool. My parents really enjoyed their first getaway since the pandemic hit, and we made sure to make the most of it. The house was impeccably clean and all the towels and linens smelled so fresh! We would definitely stay in this nice quiet neighborhood again. The property manager was responsive to our questions and very helpful.

2 moms with 6 total teens/kids. Plenty of space, supplies (including beach towels)and good sound system. Pool and spa received the most use. Nice master shower, comfortable beds. Gas grill was clean! Jim was quick to respond with any inquiries. Highly recommend!

Such a great property. Perfectly located for our dirt bike trip. Short distance from the open desert. Nice quiet neighborhood. Felt like home away from home.

The home was incredible and James was really second to none. There was a few of us in the party who were working from home and the internet went out. James immediately hopped on the phone with the company and solved all the problems within the hour giving us all the time to finish our work and really enjoy the weekend. The house was clean and larger than it looks in the photos. The location of the property was prime too. At the end of it all we had a terrible problem with VRBO itself where my security deposit wasn’t coming in and he wasn’t getting his well deserved amount. He immediately got on the phone with me to tell me about how things are planning out and kept me in the loop the entire time. The guy is incredible. I highly highly recommend this stay and look forward to maybe using this rental once again In the future. Thanks again James.

Nice pool house with 4 bedrooms!!!
No bunk beds finally in a rental. 3 kings and a queen. Awesome stereo system that plays outside by the pool. The twin flat screens were amazing. Super new, nice and clean.

awsome place to stay!!
found this nice vacation spot to have all the amentities, exceptionally clean, and directions for all appliances were to the "T". owner was very easier to work with and accomadating. Pool and Spa were amazing with eazy to read and use instrustions for both. house was in clean working order. Pleasure to stay there and will stay there again..

nice house in havasu
We had a nice long weekend stay at Jim's house in Havasu in May. the house was well equipped for our group of 6. there is a large living, dinning and kitchen area for hanging out. the backyard has a cool pool and spa to relax at night after a long day on the lake. it's on large lot for lots of privacy. we hope to stay again on our next trip.

Great place to stay in Havasu!!
I took my whole family and stayed 4 nights at this property. Everything about the place was clean and new. The appliances were new, they had flat screen hooked up to their sound system in the family room. (HD was a real plus.) The couch in the family room is super comfortable. My kids all slept on it one night. The kitchen is a good size with everything you will need to cook meals in. They have a great size fridge too. All the bedrooms were a good size and everything about the rooms were clean. (Sheets, towels, bedspreads, etc.) Nothing to complain about with bathrooms either they all looked like they should...nice and clean. The kids loved the pool. They seemed to be in it all the time. The jacuzzi felt great after a fun day on the lake. They have a pretty cool solar system that gets it hot...and if you need more, the heater fires right up. I had a question about about the jacuzzi. I called the owner and he walked me through how to get it going. We even barbequed one night. If you want to stay at a nice, clean, new, and updated house this is a great choice. We loved our stay here!

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE !!!
Don't be fooled by the pictures, they are old, nothing in this house works properly including the water heater, pool heater, appliances (oven went up to 500' and couldn't be turned off) microwave doesn't work, propane for spa was empty upon arrival and the trash was piled up high, sinks don't drain, no internet upon arrival, no Hi-Def TV service as advertised, garage is not usable because the owner has it full of his toys and it is a mess. When you call him to complain he acts like you are a pain in the --- RUN AWAY FROM THIS ONE (let's see if VRBO will print the truth or delete it)
