**This is a 40+ year old home that the owners personally live in a few months out of the year. This is the perfect vacation home for the entire family. This house is great for USAF Academy families, multifamily vacations, family reunions, corporate retreats and more. The home includes 3 full size Arcade Games, ping pong table, Foosball, Xbox, shuffleboard, exercise equipment, board games, movie library, kids' toys, and reading library. There are 5 TV's you can use your streaming services on and 3 DVD players in the home.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, built-in double oven & microwave, spices, small appliances galore, crockpots, bakeware, and abundance of place settings.

Our home has a large great room with panoramic views of the mountains! It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is approximately 4 miles from the South Gate of the Air Force Academy. The home includes: every room has a view of the mountains, 3 secluded decks, large grill, two patio tables, gas fireplace, central AC/Heat and Wi-Fi. There is an extra-large dining room, great room, library, family room and playroom so everyone can gather together or spread out! Additional folding tables and chairs are stored in the garage for your use.

If you love the outdoors, wildlife and nature, this Colorado Springs home is perfect for you! Multiple trail heads are within easy access.

The huge master suite has his/hers sinks, separate shower and tub, flat screen TV and private deck. There is a second master suite on the main level.

Why stay in a cramped hotel, when you can stay in a spacious home for the same price or less?! Keep in mind that our home is a lived-in family home, but not new. We update /replace things periodically like furnishings, carpet, appliances and window coverings.

Absolutely amazing.

Beautiful home. The neighbor deer were friendly and came up to us. House was clean and more stocked than any other home we have been to. If we came back to Colorado Springs, we would definitely book here again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Loved the outdoor decks!

Three retired couples had plenty of room to enjoy the house. The location was perfect to go to the parks to hike and take the cog wheel to Pikes Peak.

Absolutely incredible home

This house is AWESOME . . . . probably the best vacation home our family has ever stayed in! It was very clean, had plenty of open space inside (plus three gorgeous decks outside) for our family of 14 to enjoy time together but yet had five bedrooms and four bathrooms so that we could easily have our own space as well as get ready at the same time when we wanted to go out. There is also a spacious dream kitchen with double ovens, a large pantry and refrigerator plus an extra refrigerator in the garage which came in handy for storage of groceries as we did lots of cooking. Honestly can’t think of a single appliance, piece of cookware or cooking gadget that was not there. In addition to all the sightseeing we did, our seven kiddos, ages 5-14, were absolutely amazed at being able to feed/pet the deer that frequented the yard. Then there were the little extras . . . the welcome basket in the kitchen, the binoculars in the window for taking in the views of Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods, etc. I could go on and on. If/when our family is back in the Colorado Springs area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

The house was awesome! Everything is furnished like towels, bedding, the whole entire kitchen, spices, washer / dryer and a dishwasher. The view was fantastic! There was 15 of us and there was plenty of room. The game room was excellent for our teen age Grandchildren!

Beautiful views and close to CO Springs activities

We had a family of 13 stay (8 adults and 5 children ages 3-9). The house was a bit older, but we didn't mind that as it had all the rooms we needed, great location, and amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the extra game room and the ping pong table. The only thing I didn't notice when booking was that the two upper rooms have shutter windows, so not fully closed off to the noises below. So the noise from the main level could be heard in those rooms. This was not a huge deal to us but could matter for others if you don't look closely enough. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our time and fun family getaway!

AMAZING!!!

This home was SPECTACULAR to say the least!! The host Danita was nothing less than STELLAR to work with. This place is perfect for a large gathering and had everything we needed and much much more! Beautiful Location

We actually held our elopement at this house on the top deck because the scenery was unbelievable. Youre close to so many touristy spots and the house is beautiful! There were 8 of us and plenty of room. We will definitely make this a regular vacation spot for our group.

Pictures don't do this house justice!

So when we pulled up I was nervous because this house doesn't look like what I expected in the front. But let me tell you...just open the door and you're in Colorado Heaven! The decks!!! The views!!! The house goes on and on! We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay including laundry, kitchen supplies, pillows galore and even an extra refrigerator in the garage. Our kid ages ranged from 7 to 20 and there wasn't a disappointed member in the group. There's privacy when needed, plenty of seating to be together indoors and out and did I mention the views?! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Colorado Springs. It's close to everything and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Get-a-way in the mountains

It's located at the foothills of the mountains. I was blown away by the breath taking view of the mountains after first walking in the home. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The master bath was gorgeous! The kitchen was well organized and stocked with all needed utensils and pots and pans. There was plenty of room for the five of us to roam around. The kids loved the video game room downstairs. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. We plan to come back soon!

WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION

The location is perfect, you are within 20 to 30 minutes of Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes peak. We loved sitting on the deck and seeing Pikes Peak in the distance. The house was spacious and perfect for our grandchildren ages 1-11. The deer visited us every morning and evening and there was a cute little park about two blocks away that was perfect for getting rid of any excess energy our grandchildren may have had. It was very comfortable and we where very happy to have a dining table where we could all sit down and eat our meals together. Our host answered our question quickly . Loved Colorado Springs and would come back to this property again

2021 Family Getaway

After postponing our bi-annual family trip scheduled for July 2020 I'm so thankful we were able to keep this location. What a perfect setting for our family of 16. My husband and I were able to bring together all 6 of our kids (13, 19, 21 24, 24 and 27) along with spouses and 5 grandchdren. Everyone had plenty of privacy with ample space to come together for meals, socialization, game night and lot & lots of ping pong. The kids love waking to the deer on the front porch and hand feeding them apples. And the view from the decks was breathtaking. We had an amazing time and would love to stay here again. Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home!

Absolutely wonderful

Just want to start off by saying thank you for allowing us to rent your house out for the week!! The views are stunning from all 3 balconies 1 on 3rd floor 1 on second floor and of course the first floor. Rooms are cozy we had a wonderful time when we were at the house and not sight seeing. We got to meet all the neighborhood deer. We will definitely reserve here again when we come back and visit this beautiful state. Again thank you for you fast response and kindness!!

Great Family Getaway

We were pleased with the location and the house. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed the deer coming to the door for apples . We had more than enough room and entertainment for our family of 11.The beds were very comfortable! A few updates are needed but weren’t serious enough to warrant a call to the owners (master bedroom is very warm even with the air on or the door open, deck railings a little loose, amount of hot water for showers if you have a large family) . Overall we would stay again for the close proximity to attractions and the amazing morning view!

Extended family gathering

View from deck was amazing. Plenty of sleeping areas. Everyone enjoyed Feeding the deers apples in the front yard. Somethings looked nicer in photos than they really were. The children enjoyed the ping pong table and playing hide and seek. Some appliances need maintenance. Owners informed. Really loved the whole family under one roof.

My family of 14 and I stayed here from March 6 to March 12. The house was very clean and the views are so so beautiful. The owner replied to me quickly when I had questions and ws very friendly. Perfect for large groups!

The property was even better than expected. Bedrooms are huge with so much space to spread out. The neighborhood and view were absolutely beautiful. Deer come to the front door and love to be fed apples. They have absolutely thought of everything and were readily available to help with any issues we had. We would definitely come back and stay again if given the chance!!

This house was amazing, 8 women stayed and there was plenty room for all of us!!! Cleaned well, and the VIEWS was amazing!!! It snowed the last night we was there, such an amazing feeling to beable to go on the balcony and see the Mountains in plain eyesight!!! We all enjoyed!! Mrs Danita was very helpful if we needed at anytime she answered and had the house warmed up for us before we arrived!!! There's a guest book inside the house and all GOOD reviews!!! Family Reunion

Our family had a wonderful time at Woodman Valley. We had plenty of room to spread out with our group of 15. TV's in the bedrooms, many bathrooms and the best was that the kitchen/dining/family room were all in site so we could see each other. The children had fun giving the deer apples.... they came right up to the house. The jacuzzi was a big plus. The view from the many balconies was fantastic. Many extras..... shampoo, coffee pods, tissues, games, pingpong, videos, etc. I would definitely rent again.

Excellent place to stay

My family and I with a total of 12 of us were able to easily stay here and not feel like we were sitting right on top of each other. I really enjoyed the common spaces as well and the patios and hot tub. We love the large dining table which was big enough for most of the adults to hang out, eat and talk. The place was very clean. We stayed here during Fourth of July 2020 and if I ever come back to Colorado to see my little brother Again we would stay here. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were extremely nice. It was clean, well stocked, plenty to do and the kids loved the common areas. We appreciated the book of local things to do and instructions for the house. Only things I have comments on.... 1. previous guests didn’t clean the grill which was pretty dirty. The owners responded quickly and were kind and apologetic that it happened 2. I wish the descriptions for the master bedrooms included that both bedrooms shared a bathroom (which is what we hoped for at the least so we didn’t argue too much over who got which room because we had a bathroom attached) Again.....overall great place to stay and great neighborhood! Loved our first visit to Colorado

We've experienced the dilemma of trying to book multiple hotel rooms and being spread out on different floors.
