Visitors may walk, run or bike ride through Golden Gate Park. Families have playgrounds and sightseeing attractions nearby. Located in Haight Ashbury and near the Castro and NOPA neighborhoods, the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stylish and unique boutiques will keep you entertained and discovering all that is San Francisco. Walk the neighborhood and view some of the most gorgeous Victorian houses that San Francisco has to offer.

Stay in a classic San Francisco 125 year old Victorian with a brand new renovation of the entire apartment. With high end fixtures and attention to detail, the owners spared no expense creating the perfect city retreat. The spacious flat is welcoming with a gorgeous kitchen and bathroom, 11 foot ceilings, natural light, hard wood floors throughout, modern furniture, fixtures, and amenities.

The living room features a large 50” high dev flat screen TV with cable and access to hundreds of streaming movies, a view of neighboring San Francisco Victorians, and a comfy couch to on which to relax, which also converts to an expensive comfort queen bed sleeper with luxury foam mattress (no air coils). The kitchen hosts Ceasarstone countertops and only stainless steel brand new appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and grinder plus all items for your cooking needs. The kitchen also has a brand new washer and dryer with laundry soap included. There is wi-fi throughout the house and an iPad for your use filled with tourist and sightseeing information.

The bedroom is spacious and luxurious with a modern queen bed and luxury bedding as well as a large flat screen 50” high def TV with cable and access to hundreds of streaming movies. The bathroom has a Toto toilet, glass closure for the shower and ample space to get ready plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is included. Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 persons.

Parking on the property is available for an additional daily fee of $15/day/car and large SUVs and trucks will not fit (maximum car width of 75 inches with the mirrors in). There is possibility for another garage space. Any parties you plan on hosting with more than 5 people must be pre-approved by owners in writing. The apartment has approximately 15 stairs to get to the flat. Once inside there are no stairs.

Though located in the world-famous, historic Haight-Ashbury district, the Castro, Hayes Valley, Inner Sunset, Alamo Square, Cole Valley and Duboce Triangle are all easy to reach via car, walking, and public transportation. Perfect for business travelers, a couple, families, corporate housing, and vacationers.

Great Space

This apartment was everything we were hoping for. Beautifully renovated with charming touches. We loved the location and proximity to a number of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, specialty markets and a great little grocery store all within walking distance. Arthur was a great host and very responsive to any needs that we had. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again on our next trip to San Francisco! Beautiful apartment in a great location

The reason I'm not giving this apartment five stars is that we found it to be very noisy (in more ways than one). We do not live in the city, so we are not used to all the vehicular noise 24-hours a day--the apartment is located on a corner of busy major thoroughfare, Divisidero Street, and the side street, Page, also gets quite a bit of traffic throughout the day and night. A city dweller might think nothing of it! However, it was somewhat unfortunate that during the timeframe we occupied the unit, the owner was having the unit below renovated, so all day long, starting at 9 AM, we heard hammering and drilling. Again, this might not be as problematic to visitors who stay busy all day and only return to the apartment in the evening, by which time the workers below will have stopped working. But my husband ran into some difficulties walking, so we spent more time than usual in the apartment, and so were subjected to the construction noise quite a lot (though NOT on the weekend!). Other than the noise issues, the apartment is very nicely appointed and decorated, and is very comfortable.

Perfect

We have stayed at many homes in San Francisco using VRBO and this apt will be at the top of the list. It was exceptionally clean, convenient to everything and safe. We did not do a lot of cooking but I felt the kitchen was well stocked. There were ample amount of towels and amenities in the bathroom . There is also very nice washer and dryer provided. We took advantage of the garage parking which was helpful due to not many spaces available on the street. However, the apt is so convenient you don't really need a car. I can not say enough good things about this apt, it is a gem. I hope to return again and stay there (if it isn't already booked)!!

Great place to stay!

I have stayed with 2 kids in the appartment for one week in March 2016! Arthur is a great very friendly and hospitality person!!! You will find everything you need in the flat, really like you are at home! The appartment is nice, very clean, beds and pillows are comfartable. Location is nice and you feel safe! It was a pleasure and i would definetly come back!

Meticulously kept gem!

We loved our stay at this gem of an apartment. Very tastefully finished and includes everything you could possible need. The sofa bed is huge and more comfortable than any pull out we have ever slept on. Very secure property with the ease of keyless entry on both street access and unit access. Will definitely stay again!

Nice clean place

Great location, really nice, updated and clean. Ideal for 2 people but works for 4. It's near a busy intersection so if you are a light sleeper , earplugs would be required. But I think it's hard to find a quiet accommodation in San Francisco ...

Well appointed luxurious appartment ....

The apartment was everything we expected and even more luxurious than we had thought it would be. Arthur was great to deal with and the instructions for the door codes and general workings of the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Great location - we pretty much left the car in the garage most of the time, everything we wanted to see was easily accessible by the great transport system or walking. There were bars, coffee shops and great restaurants a short stroll away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and look forward to using it again next time we are in San Francisco.

Great Space

This apartment was a great size and comfortable layout. Location was gat for walking distance to civic center plaza and haight Ashbury. Easy access to bus lines for any other sight seeing. Adjustment was clean and loaded with all necessities. Access was hassle free with the key code entry system and Arthur was flexible with our check in time. Definitely worth another visit.

Beyond our expectations!!!

What an absolutely incredible rental! We immediately felt at home and quickly took advantage of the suggestions of restaurants and activities mentioned by the owner. The upkeep on the property was impeccable! I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the San Francisco area!

Spectacular & Immaculate!!!

The property well exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the internet looked nice but the actual space, quality of furniture, bathroom fixtures, and remodeled kitchen is "Four Seasons" standards. The location was good and had easy access to public transportation. Also good local restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The service was prompt and attentive (had an issue with water pressure and it was fixed immediately). We would definitely visit again!!

Beautifully designed and maintained

This property was very close to family and our new grand baby. We found it very updated and great instructions on how to use all the features. Arthur was very responsive in correcting an issue with a lock. We would very much like to stay here again when we return to San Francisco. We loved the nearby grocery/deli and bakery.

Beautiful accomodations--landlord visited during our stay

Amazing, beautiful apartment. All of the aspects you would want in San Francisco--location, classic architecture, new appliances, tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was well equipped. However, I was very disappointed when the owner emailed me hours into my stay to inform me she would be stopping by the next day to show the flat to her real estate agent. The reason I rent an apartment and not a hotel is because I like my privacy--which I feel the landlord did not respect. Will not rent here again.

Perfectly located

What you see on photos is really what you get: a very comfortable, clean and well equipped appartment. Very easy to get from there to any point in town using public transportation: 64 bus is just a few steps down on Divisadero. We had our groceries at Bi-Rite a few blocks down on Divisadero and there is a lot a good restaurants at a short distance. I would recommend this property to all my friends and I would get back there any time.

Felt like home

This is a great appartment! Very spacious stocked with everything you could want. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the pull out sofa was even more comfortable (really). The kitchen is huge with full size washer and dryer. Lots of closet space to unpack your bags. When we couldn't find some items, Amy responded to our emails right away and solved our problems. We had a great time staying in Haight Ashbury. The neighborhood is quiet, with amenities close by; anything you could want. We had the Citypass which allowed us to use MUNI unlimited. There are bus and cable car stops close to the apartment. Golden Gate Park is very close and we spent a whole day there. We even found a drum circle! I highly recommend staying at the apartment at 1007 Page St. If it isn't available, email Amy and Jeff anyways. They have several other properties.

Fantastic!

I could not have been more pleased with this vacation rental. The apartment itself is fabulous - comfortable, modern, and clean. Clearly it was recently remodeled with excellent taste and expense. Plenty of places to walk to in the neighborhood. The owner/manger (Amy) efficiently provided detailed information to make the check in process go smoothly. Having the garage space was extremely convenient. I thought the price for this rental was quite reasonable as well. Thanks again Amy - I hope we can come back!
