During the summer, the hot tubs inside the clubhouse are closed for maintenance.

* In the summertime, hike the family-friendly hiking trail directly under the Snowflake Chair to Sawmill Reservoir for an easier excursion, or keep going to the top of Peak 8 for a more intense challenge.

This 1 bedroom with a queen bed packs a big punch for up to 4 folks! The big outdoor hot tub is just steps away! In winter, the clubhouse has 2 indoor tubs.

The big leather couch you can re-arrange to your liking! Giant 50' TV. Watching this huge TV from the bunk is better than stadium seating at the movies! Kids love it!

Please see the video in this listing on how to ski to your back door! The kitchen and all appliances are new! Your super-sturdy twin bunks have a stable ladder and comfortable, cozy sleeping. The bedroom has a luxurious BRAND NEW Queen bed (with a sleep number bed) with tons of light, a flat-screen TV, and gorgeous bedding. There is a stackable washer/dryer in a closet for convenience.

Take a trip to the spa-like, generously-sized bathroom and stand straight up - it has a high shower head! Feel the warm water making little mini-streams under the soles of your feet between rounded little pebbles on the floor of this huge shower stall!! The grounds of Tyra are gorgeous, with trees and beautiful river-rock and cedar architecture.

Great Getaway

Fantastic little spot perfect for two people. Snowflake lift is an easy walk and you can ski right to your back door at the end of the day. You can walk to Main Street as well but there is street parking available if you prefer to drive. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Adorable condo

Super little place. Fantastic location - ski in and very short walk down to the snowflake chair lift. So convenient that it’s on the ground floor - made taking out trash, bringing in shopping and packing up very easy. This was especially helpful because my husband and teenager had to leave early so my 7 year old and I did all the packing up to leave. Having a bunk bed rather than a pull out sofa was so much better for our kids and for keeping the living room tidy. We also liked that it’s close to the outside hot tub.

Great location for a ski trip!

Great location easily accessible to snowflake lift and bus stop, ski in to the back door was a great perk to have for a quick stop for lunch. Space could feel a bit tight, especially with 4 people on a longer stay (carrying more bags, etc). Easy access to ski lockers made taking stuff in and out a breeze too!

Great Location

Location can't be beat for skiing access. Not true ski out, but very short walk to life. You can ski in. Be aware this is a tiny unit. 3 would be a crowd if you are spending much time in the unit. Kitchen small and oddly furnished-place settings for 12 or more, but 12 people literally cannot fit inside the unit. 8 spatulas but no frying pan bigger than maybe 10 inches. No DW. Don't plan to cook any elaborate meals. Key to ski locker was missing and staff never responded when we reported that. Still, we enjoyed our trip.

Great location, terrible bed

First the good: this place has a great location and while it’s nothing special, the price was good. The management was responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. The check-in instructions were easy and clear. Hot tub was nice and the snowflake lift was a VERY easy walk with true ski-in to return. The bad: the bed had a very large depression in the middle that made it a really uncomfortable sleep. Provided they get a new mattress, I’d stay again. If they don’t, I wouldn’t.

Great place to stay!

Overall, the place satisfied our needs. Place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Management gave all the required information to be able to check in with no questions asked. The ski in and ski out was fantastic and easy to find. Access to the hot tub, ski locker, and being on the first floor were all nice haves. A short hike to snowflake lift or to the free bus stop was tremendously awesome. It helped us save so much money getting around with runs every 15 minutes. I would recommend and stay again for future trips.

Great location, short walk to the lift. On busy days not enough parking spots. Hot tubs were closed for maintenence for most of our 10 days stay. Room very dark, bank beds are right in the kitchen area. Items from previous renters all over. Not easy to get in touch with management

As the title says-Location, location, location…. Quaint condo perfect for a five day stay. Four o’clock run home from peak 8 is fantastic and having the Snowflake lift virtually across the street was outstanding.

Quick winter trip

Small but very updated

Room was perfect for our stay. Beds were comfortable, condo very comfortable. Only complaint was the bike ride back up the hill after a day of riding on the trails. Great amenities.

Small but functional condo, walkable to trails and downtown.

Condo is in a perfect location, easy access to everything. We stayed for three nights, and never needed our car! Condo needs updating, furniture is worn past its usable life. There are no working windows, which made it hard to get fresh air. Friendly hosts, good communication. We felt safe and comfortable, even though the condo is in need of a refresh. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we enjoyed making our meals here.

On line pictures are not accurate as they could be

The property needs updating. The pictures made it look much nicer than it was. The location is excellent and Sandy was very responsive and kind. But the curtains, bedding, couch are old and outdated. I found several things missing such as little things, no sponge to wash dishes, no towel rack in bathroon, (broken), no kitchen matt to stand on and floors were cold. there was no side table for the huge couch so nowhere to put your food or drinks when using couch. The extra blankets were uncomfy and old. Things that could be updated like that that matter. I loved the location and the place has potential. BUT NEEDS serious TLC. The shower head fell off and almost broke my nose, ended up bruised and cut from that. It was installed wrong which made it unable in its base. Sorry to report. But the location and hot tub outside unit were nice.

Great location and access to slopes

absolutely a great experience and attentive service by itrip/airbnb. Easy to book and responsive customer service. Would certainly rent in this location again and this place had enough room to bring additional family members. Only downside was the master bedroom mattress was clearly in need of replacing as uncomfortable and indented on the one side..

Excellent Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo

This compact condo has everything you need if you are in Breckenridge for skiing! It is located across the street from the Snowflake Lift that takes you to Peak 8, which then provides access to the entire mountain. At the end of the day, you can take the 4 O’Clock Run and literally ski to the back door of this condo! We walked downhill to downtown Breck every night for dinner and if the walk up the hill back to the condo was too tiresome, we just caught the Yellow Line free shuttle back. You can also catch the Yellow Line free shuttle at the Snowflake Lift to take you wherever you want to go.

The perfect spot

After coming to Breck for several years, this unit is my favorite. True ski in and out. Perfect location on the mountain to avoid fatigue. Plenty of room and amenities. Will certainly be coming back. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Great for a group of young people

The management experience, check-in, etc. was fabulous. They were very communicative and very detailed. The condition of the property was less than I expected. In the pictures there were closet doors over the water heater but when I arrived it had some flimsy curtains hung over them. There were bunkbeds in the kitchen which were not reflected in the pictures. The location would have been great for skiing and this particular property would be great for a group of boys who spend most of their time skiing and very little time in the actual condo. I was looking for a property that had a more pull together feel. This was more of a ski bum feel.
