This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom updated historic oceanview cottage is fully equipped for all of your vacation cottage needs.
It is conveniently located central to the Balboa Peninsula making it walking distance to all of the eateries and local shopping that the Peninsula has to offer. It is also situated just one house away from the white sandy beach with virtually no traffic noise, as we are nicely tucked into the coastline.

Washer/Dryer in the kitchen area. Laundromat is also conveniently located 1 block away.

Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided all year round.
PARKING:
Parking is sufficient for one SUV, and one compact car in the driveway. We are blessed to be on one of the few double-wide streets, with ample parking on both sides as well.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Beach chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, beach towels, kites, sand toys, volleyball, kids scooter are readily available and at your disposable for excursions to the sand, just steps away.
COOLING AND HEATING:
Powerful whole house fan for those warm summer nights cool the cottage quickly and efficiently. Portable fans are also available for every room. Heaters are placed throughout cottage on those cool evenings during winter time.

Experience fantastic sunsets over Catalina Island from the beach. Take a hydrofoil 45-minute boat ride to Catalina Island and be a part of the sunset.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
There is no smoking (including vapor cigarettes or cannabis) in the house or anywhere on the property including the garage, behind the garage, front sidewalk, or alley.
NOISE:
No loud music or voices between 10 PM and 9 AM.

Relax on the front balcony with a cup of coffee, and take in the beautiful views of the surf and sand, watch sailing regattas, or just people watch and take in the beach culture.

-Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit during your stay.
