Quaint newly renovated 1-bedroom condo situated in an 1800s red brick Saratoga farmhouse with covered porch and outdoor seating. Private ground floor entrance, open living room with original inactive fireplace, large vintage kitchen and eating area, spacious bedroom with king sized bed, and modern bathroom with vintage tub/ shower.

On site parking next to restored original red barn.

Situated on 160 private acres, the farmhouse is located 15 minutes from the Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Lake, Saratoga National Golf Club, Saratoga Springs, and just over 20 minutes to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, this location offers convenience to many of the local venues and historical sites.

Just outside Schuylerville, the farmhouse is also near the Saratoga Monument Historical Site of the surrender of the British marking the turning point during the Revolutionary War, The Schuyler House, and The Saratoga National Historical Park.

Winter activities within 15 minutes include Saratoga Springs New Year’s Fest and Fireworks Dec 31st. Snow permitting, cross country skiing or Snow shoeing at Saratoga Spa State Park, Wilton Wildlife Preserve & Park, Lapland Lake Nordic Vacation Center. Or just enjoy Coffee, Tea, Cocoa, and Hot Drink Specials at any local restaurant or pub.

A refined respite in delightful Saratoga!

What a delightful stay at The Farmhouse. We loved the country location and the beautifully-maintained property. The art and details in the home were so thoughtful and tasteful; very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property for stay in Saratoga

The place was beautiful. Host was excellent and accommodating!!!! Perfect location. Easy ride to horse show. Would recommend. We cannot wait to stay again next year!!!!

Cozy Farm House

We really enjoyed our stay! The farm house was cozy and perfect for the two of us. We loved being greeted by rabbits in the yard or fireflies at night. Steven was quick to answer questions or provide suggestions. The location was great for getting to Saratoga or going to downtown Schuylerville. Kickstart Cafe was our favorite. We were sad to leave.

Peaceful retreat, close to Saratoga

Steven's property is in a quiet, idyllic setting. The unit was spotless and the king-size bed sooo comfortable. The kitchen was appointed with all we needed. There is a large TV and excellent internet access. We loved the contemporary farmhouse, artistic decor. We're so glad we found this jewel! Travel time to SPAC was an easy 20 minutes.
