Guests have access to the entire suite. You will have your own designated parking spot.

The Neighborhood:
The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs. There are landscaped gardens at Central Memorial Park, Close to the Calgary Tower & Saddle Dome. This is located in the heart of Downtown Calgary.

Getting Around:
Uber and taxi's are available. Public transportation is also available. If you have a vehicle you can use the covered parking garage! There is one stall available and paid street parking as well. There is limited hours for parking on the street.

Other Things to Note:
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.

• Keys will be picked up in a different location.

All guests must be registered and we do not allow rentals under 30 days.
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
