Great Home Away from Home & Perfect Yard for Doggies

This was the perfect place for us. We traveled here with our 2yr old and 3 dogs and we really enjoyed it. The yard is huge and the dogs had so much fun running around we didn’t even need to take them somewhere to get their energy out as the yard was enough. With all the snow we built a good 5ft snowman too. Next time we would like to utilize the fire pit for s’mores we just ran out of time. It has a cabin feel with all the amenities of home and the hosts were super responsive to all our questions. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the little one loved the books and toys they had there too which was a nice touch.

Explorers Retreat

We loved this cabin for our family getaway. Clean and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedding. The kids loved the bunks downstairs. Our dogs loved the fully fenced and treed backyard. Fire pit was great for s’mores. We’ll be back!

Family stay in Pinetop

Property was what was advertised-had all the spaces we needed for 7 people, our family of 6 and one family friend. Neighborhood was lovely and good for walking our dogs. The best part was the yard-completely secure for those traveling with pets (we have two dogs who came with us!). It had cute decor but isn’t the newest/latest as far as updated bathroom/kitchen. That being said, a good deal for what you get and it was clean. I will note for larger groups, the only space we all fit for meals was the front porch table. Also had good access to close by trails-we did one trail that was about a 3.5 mile loop, (saw a cute cow laying in near the creek) and passed some horse back riders. Fire pit area was also a highlight - unfortunately while we were there, none of the outdoor grills were functioning. Hubby ended up cooking over the fire pit! It was our first adventure bringing our dogs - and for that it served perfectly.
