Our property is thoughtfully designed as a peaceful family retreat, ideal for those seeking relaxation. In keeping with this atmosphere, we kindly ask that the home is not used for events, parties, or large gatherings, as outlined in our rental agreement and house rules. To ensure comfort for everyone, we ask that the total number of people—both guests and visitors—does not exceed the maximum capacity of 10. We have just a few simple house rules that reflect this family-focused setting, and as long as they’re respected, guests can expect a tranquil, hassle-free stay
We offer an indirect interaction unless otherwise requested by a guest. We believe in and are committed to being behind the scenes as much as possible for the duration of your stay.
Parking at this property is unfortunately extremely tight and only two vehicles are permitted. Parking must be kept in the driveway only. Parking in the yard or roadway at this property in order to accommodate more than two vehicles, is strictly forbidden. There are several retailers in the area with large parking lots where guests can park their vehicles if additional parking is required. Guests must make these alternative accommodations on their own.
All guests are required to fill out and sign our electronic rental agreement to complete and finalize reservation. The Rental Agreement will be emailed to guests from our OwnerRez system after initiating the booking with VRBO. Additional guest information beyond VRBO requirements may be requested.
A Security deposit in the amount of $300 is required to complete the reservation process. The Security Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card 2 days prior to arrival. So long as there is no claim against the deposit, it will be released 7 days after departure.
To protect our business interests and ensure the property remains available for compliant and cooperative guests, failure to complete the required steps of signing our rental agreement and setting up the security deposit within 48 hours of us accepting your reservation request will be considered an incomplete reservation. In this case, your dates will be released and made available for other guests to book.
Guests will be emailed on the day of arrival with directions and property access instructions. Guests can access the property with an electronic lock on the door.
