Newly renovated Princeville studio condo with AC, private lanai, and fast Wi-Fi!
The studio is equipped with a KING bed, fast Wi-Fi, a wall mounted 43" TV along with an Apple TV (bring your log in for the Apple TV). We do provide SLING cable TV.
The bathroom was fully renovated with a large walk in shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your comfort.
The unit comes equipped with a small kitchenette that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric water kettle and 2 sets of dishes including cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses.
Please note this is not a full kitchen. Regulations prevent the addition of an oven/cooking in this space.
Inside the closet you will find a steamer, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 1 matching beach umbrella and 2 golf style umbrellas for walks.
The private lanai comes equipped with 2 chairs and a table, we also have an outdoor love seat to enjoy.
