Close to lots to do in Houston. Comfy beds, good water pressure. Adorably decorated. AC works great! Housekeeping needed some work. Has secure parking for two vehicles which is a plus in downtown! Kitchen had everything we needed except dishcloths strangely. Even had a bunch of board games that we did not get to utilize because we were there for work. Enjoyed our stay, thanks Fredrick!

We had an event at St Arnold’s brewery and this was a very convenient location. House is good size, comfortable, attractive and met all our needs.There was an issue with the door code, but owner responded quickly and once a new door code was sent everything was fine. While waiting for the door issue we just hung out at the covered firepit.

Manual "Safety gate" broken and Host stated, "I'll fix it after your stay!" Neighborhood UNSAFE!!!!!! Banging on the primary wall, every night around 3 am. Gunshots heard last two nights we stayed there, right down the street. We left three days early.

After staying here for a family concert downtown, this property was more than expected. It was SO CLEAN. It felt like a 5-star hotel with its accommodations and cleanliness. From the customized coloring sheets for my kids, to the delicious cookies, to the slippers; this VRBO was elite. Would recommend to all of my family members or anyone wanting to stay in Downtown Houston.

Our hosts were incredible. We arrived a few days after hurricane Beryl. On check in day, we found out there was no power at the VRBO. Our host took the time to accommodate us for the first day. He found somewhere for us to stay until the power came back on at the original site. We were tremendously grateful for this. On day two, power came back on and were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The pictures on the website do no justice for this incredibly, beautiful immaculately clean place! From the welcome cookies to the complimentary slippers, what an amazing place. The place has everything you can think of available to you. We would definitely go back and rent again. Once again, a million thank yous to our host.
