Very private 2 bedroom ocean view house with pool located on 5 acres with mature fruit trees in Ojochal. This house has both ocean and panoramic mountain views with year around sunsets.
Two bedrooms, both with en-suites and air conditioning perfect for a young family or couple.
A great way to enjoy nature. Only minutes to 5 different beaches and 2 waterfalls in the area.
Only 7 minutes off the highway, 4X4 is necessary.
Available now for long or short term rent, two week minimum up to one year.
$2,000 per month thru November, $2,300 per month December thru April, includes all utilities (including electricity), housekeeping, Wi-Fi, pool maintenance and landscaping.

Small / medium size dogs are allowed. 🐶
