The kitchen is well-outfitted and has been recently remodeled with Nero Marquina Quartz. The downstairs and outdoors have bluetooth speakers, perfect while grilling next to the pool. The home has one bedroom on the main level, one casita with kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom bathroom is sumptuous, with double sinks plus vanity, tub and separate shower. Both upstairs bedrooms offer incredible sunsets over the water.
