Located 1 mile from Dowses beach, and .3 miles to Joshua’s Pond. BEACH PASS INCUDED for ALL Barnstable Beaches. Situated at the end of a private road, the property has a large yard surrounded by Trees & Birds. Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home features 1 Queen in Master, 2 twin beds in guest room & Queen Memory Foam pullout couch in living room. Marble Shower and Granite Countertops. After a day at the beach, Relax with family and friends, have a BBQ, gather around the fire pit, have some s’mores and make lasting memories!
