Modern and spacious 3BR/2BA only 15 minutes from downtown New Bern

This elegant, modern, and spacious, newly-built 3-BR/2-BA house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street in the charming Town of River Bend, only 8 miles west of downtown New Bern and a half-mile from the River Bend Country Club and Golf Course. Walking distance to the playground, fishing pier, soccer field, walking/fitness path, and Red Caboose Library. One mile from the town's "business district" which boasts a popular NY-style pizzeria, coffeeshop, bar/restaurant, and hair salon.

Living room has a large U-shaped sectional sofa with two ottomans, 85-inch Sony BRAVIA TV with surround sound and complimentary Netflix. Screened in back porch and a back patio with shade tent inside the fenced-in backyard. Master bedroom has a queen bed, cathedral ceiling, and 4K wall-mounted TV. Second and third bedrooms have full-size beds. Master bath has two sinks, walk-in ceramic tile shower with two shower heads, including a "rainfall" shower head. Kitchen is equipped with the latest Samsung appliances: fridge, gas range with air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Keyless entry. Protected by ADT.

A+++

Extremely nice place. The shower in the master bathroom is ridiculous and I will have one in my house one day. The huge tv and super comfy couch. This place was great for me and my 2 longtime friends to catch up over a few drinks and good food. Short uber drive to the bars and restaurants the first night but decided to stay in on the second night and take advantage of the selection of movies on the smart tv and just relax. Not for the group looking to throw a party but would recommend to everyone else!

An employment opportunity is taking us temporarily out of North Carolina, but we have plenty of family and friends to watch and care for the property while we are gone.
