We choose this home because of no HOA! But seriously the peace and quiet along with the wildlife is what brought us here!
What makes this property unique
This property is heavily wooded with a state recognized forest that is maintained for conservation purposes. IT is also a very history rich area of Frederick County. There is a old 2 room schoolhouse at the end of the road that was used in the early 1900's and is still standing!
