Enjoy Tampa in the best way possible!Entire townhome located in the heart of Tampa.Townhome includes two spacious bedrooms with 1.5 bathroom. Full kitchen and spacious backyard. Includes free covered parking for vehicles.

The space
We provided pictures for it.
Guest access
Can access all house in and outside. Just we have one utilities closet locked. We don’t have special access for person with mobility needs. It is a townhome with stairs up to 2nd floor where the bedroom are.
Other things to note
At the check out,please turn off all the lights. Be sure all the doors and windows are close. Leave the keys in the lockbox. Take care of the keys, $30 fee for lost keys.

The neighborhood itself is slightly run down but the property is well kept, up to date, and just as described. The property manager was super responsive and easy to work with - definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient condo in Tampa area.

Comfortable stay

When we arrived, the key box check-in was very convenient. The home is cozy and I like the split level with sleeping upstairs and the kitchen area downstairs. It was a nice touch to have a few snacks and waters that the property owners left for us. If you were traveling to Busch Gardens, this would be the ideal location, but we stayed there to go to the strawberry festival and that worked fine also

We have an awesome stay. The house is very clean and welcoming. I can't see any flaws. From a very hectic day and coming home to a house that feels like your own home is very relaxing. Definitely highly recomended.

4Generations of ladies 2 states

We had a wonderful time! The location is great for access to many attractions in the Tampa area, close enough to Busch Gardens that you could walk there!Sleeping arrangements are as listed 2 queen & 1 twin, I like that the bedrooms were upstairs. Small yard with fire pit small table & chairs. The kitchens is well stocked however a few more pieces of silver wear would be nice, I also suggest some tinfoil & plastic storage bags be available it would be greatly appreciated..I highly suggest staying here and look forward to staying again when in the area! Great stay!

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room w/2 bedrooms. Everything we needed (laundry, kitchen supplies, appliances, TVs etc) was available and in good condition working order.

One night layover from Cruise

First let me say the host was fantastic!! We were coming off a cruise and requested and earl checkin which was made for us. Then the next morning we were off the ship even earlier then originally thinking, after calling the host he said no problem at all and sent us the code for the door. This was so much appreciated. The property inside and out was clean and well maintained with everything we needed and then some. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for three adults to find their own spots to rest. This home was very comfortable and we would stay here again. My one and only complaint is something that the owner can do nothing about, but I still want others to know. There is a property behind the house that was loud all hours of the day and night with very unwelcoming vehicles coming and going. We sit outside for awhile when arriving but then went side when it got a little “wild” over there. Again though I want it to be clear that in the house there were no worries at all about this property. It has cameras around that made us feel safe and this is not the property owners fault!

Concert stay

We stayed one night to attrend a concert at the mid florida amphitheater which was only 15 minutes away. The house is very clean. Super cute. With a little back yard. The location was perfect right by everything with lots of late night options. The condo meet all our needs and was very comfortable with easy check in and out process. Will definitely stay again when visiting for another concert.

Great Time

The townhouse was perfect for the three of us. The bedrooms were a nice size, bathrooms clean and we enjoyed sitting around at the end of the day catching up.

Super Clean and Comfortable

This property is fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We traveled to the Tampa Convention Center every morning for a conference. The drive was only ever at most 20 minutes each morning. And 15 minutes at night going back. Comfortably sleeps three and can accommodate up to five.

Very convenient to Busch Gardens

Overall, the unit served our needs. The location is very close to Busch Gardens, but the neighborhood is run down and has a lot of noise at night. Inside the unit is cute and well cared for, but the upstairs carpet is very dirty and we had to re-wash dishes before we used them.
