Upstairs- 4th bedroom has a Queen. The master suite has a pillow-top KING bed. Upstairs has 2nd full bath with private water closet, a 2nd family room/lounge or home office area with flat screen TV ...almost like another home upstairs.

Patio lounge area and hot tub on the private patio with grill make it very easy to unwind after a full day of wine-tasting.

Great Location and quiet neighborhood with a cute porch!

They were wonderfully accommodating. We were traveling with my elderly mother and she was exhausted from traveling so it was very appreciated when they were able to accommodate us with an early arrival. The house is very cute and comfortable. Many places to sit and the kitchen is a great gathering space.

Perfect for a party of friends!

We were in town for an intensive class, so to be honest we did not utilize all of the features of the house, such as the hot tub, and we barely used the kitchen, which seemed well appointed from my cursory use of it. What we were able to appreciate was the location and the spaciousness and especially the layout. We were four unrelated friends, and this house has four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, and one bathroom on each floor, I had been afraid that the upstairs bathroom might be located inside the master bathroom, which would have been awkward for the two people sleeping upstairs, but it was not. Upstairs there is also a sitting room, which the upstairs people definitely took advantage of. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, well situated house, with very friendly and communicative owners.

Felt Like Home

Perfect place to relax after busy days exploring the area. My only regret is not getting in the hot tub sooner. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Gave us wonderful recommendations on wineries and food. House was great and on a quiet street. Ps. If you stay here grab your coffee and watch the hot air balloons from the backyard!

Perfect house for Napa getaway

This is a great house for a Napa getaway. House was SUPER clean, had all the amentities that you could want or need and was in such a great location to get to restaurants and wine tasting. All the beds were comfortable, rooms nice sized. Yard was immaculate and the hot tub was very relaxing. Chris was very responsive. Would highly recommend! Only suggestion would maybe have fans upstairs. It was in the 90s and the AC kept the downstairs perfect but it was a bit warm upstairs. But even without them, it was great.

Perfect Stay in Napa

Wonderful house walking distance to downtown Napa

This house was perfect for our group of 7 girlfriends wine tasting trip to Napa. There were 4 large bedrooms with 5 beds total and plenty of space to spread out. We were able to walk to downtown and tour companies could pick us up right from the house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was super clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We absolutely recommend for groups and would definitely stay again. Thank you Chris and Kat!

Napa wine tour

This property is perfect for a group of 4-8 people. In addition to 4 bedrooms, it has a large kitchen and living room to watch movies. It’s a short walk to downtown Napa for dinner and shopping. Highly recommend this over staying at a hotel.

Wonderful neighborhood in Napa

Really cute house on very quiet street. 1-mile walk to center of town. Street is almost entirely full time residents so beautifully tended front yards abounding with flowers. House did not have en-suite bathrooms but otherwise well-appointed living & sleeping spaces. Big back yard w/ Weber grill & hot tub. We enjoyed our stay with our friends very much.

Perfect Napa Location

This was our second time staying at Chris & Kat's lovely winemaker's estate, and it was just as ideal this time! Ample space for 5 friends traveling; one couple and three individuals. Plenty of room, well appointed and maintained, and a lovely private back yard to enjoy a glass of wonderful wine at the end of the day. Walkable to downtown Napa! Can't wait to visit again!

Awesome stay!

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The bedrooms were perfect to accommodate us, everything was clean and lovely, and check in was as easy as it gets. Location was perfect - we were able to walk downtown and the street is full of charming homes and yards so it’s scenic and enjoyable too! Highly recommend!

Great Napa House!

We had 4 girls stay at the house for 3 nights and it was perfect. Kitchen well stocked, great layout and area for relaxing. We didn’t use backyard as weather got a bit cold but was super cute. Location is perfect! Owners were super helpful and communicative!

Christmas in Napa

We stayed at the Wine Makers Estate over Christmas 2022 with some extended family. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet, but easily accessible, neighborhood location. Chris and Kat were highly responsive and very prepared for our stay. Since we cooked at lot of meals at the house, I would have loved to see some more basic pantry staples stocked but they were easily found at the Lucky a few blocks away.

Great Location for Napa Valley trip to vineyards

The location of the house is convenient. Close to the main roads, freeway entrances, restaurants and spas. House was clean, property managers were responsive and helpful. Hot tub was nice. Heated floor in bathroom upstairs was great. The big counter in kitchen is a great gathering place for a group to have meals. Rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great Location for Access to Napa Wine Country

We had a wonderful three night stay at this property for a birthday celebration including 8 adults and 1 child. There was so much space and each couple had their own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The location to downtown Napa was perfect for a 15-20 minute walk. Access to the highway through Napa Valley was easy. We had one minor problem and the owners responded in an hour and fixed it within hours - plus gave us a bottle of wine to for the inconvenience. Truly a great place with caring and responsive owners. Thank you!

Perfect for our occasion!

I was looking for a four bedroom, walkable but quiet location in Napa, and this was perfect. Four good friends spending a week visiting wineries, museums, hiking, eating great food, walking the neighborhood and downtown Napa….I could go on. The house was quiet, comfortable, with both inside and outside gathering places. We loved it.
